I find it very useful process to do in order 16 to see how busy things will be and setting realistic goals. 17 18 Yearly 19 20 I use on of the graph pages in the back to define some goals I hope to achieve 21 during the year. 22 23 Monthly 24 25 On the monthly pages I make a note of the most important dates like birthdates 26 and pay day and things like that. Plus that I use the empty area left of the 27 calendar to define some goals and things I’d like to complete during the month. 28 29 Weekly 30 31 In the weekly page I do a lot of the same. I define some goals for the week and 32 usually write down a few things I really should get done that week. And in the 33 week spread I write down appointments that involve others or require me to go 34 somewhere plus where I am working from and if I have my daughter. 35 36 Makes it really easy to plan and check how much time I have for stuff that show 37 up . 38 39 Daily 40 41 The daily page is probably the thing that change the most. In some periods it 42 have been where I do my bullet journaling. These days I use them more to define 43 the focus of the day. 44 45 So the page laypit it is kind of split into two sections, one taking 1/3 and 46 the other taking 2/3. 47 48 The first section I use to outline all the stuff I’m doing that day. It 49 typically looks something like this: 50 51 • Get up & dressed 52 • Walk the dog 53 • Pack my bag 54 • Skateboard to work 55 • Work 56 □ Work meetings 57 □ Lunch 58 • Skateboard home 59 • Walk the dog 60 • Eat dinner 61 • Etc 62 63 Then on the big section I first define three areas that I’m going to focus on 64 when I get home from work. After that I use the focus areas to define 2-3 goals 65 /bigger tasks for each of them. 66 67 Made with ❤️ in Bergen, Norway by Eivind Hjertnes 68 69 70 References: 71 72 [1] https://stationery.pizza/ 73 [2] https://stationery.pizza/ 74 [3] https://stationery.pizza/favourites 75 [4] https://stationery.pizza/philosophy 76 [5] https://stationery.pizza/pen-inks 77 [6] https://stationery.pizza/about 78 [7] https://stationery.pizza/contact 79 [8] https://stationery.pizza/colophon 80 [9] https://stationery.pizza/feed.rss 81 [10] https://stationery.pizza/archives 82 [11] https://stationery.pizza/2023/05/25/task-management-system-analog-calendar
